As a result of a huge increase in demand for their product, they underwent rapid expansion and required an exclusive contract hire of 20 roles across the following positions.
Our main goal was to communicate the dynamic workforce, benefits on offer as a remote-operating organisation, as well as the rapid expansion and success to our talent pool. We created a fantastic ‘buzz’ around Vertex and the sector to further inform and inspire the targeted talent market.
We sought skilled, independent and enthusiastic individuals who would share an ambition for the success of the organisation and enjoy working as part of a team with the existing members.
Detailed Meetings Held with Client, SLA Agreed developing timeline to determine number of CV’s to be sent, interviews undertaken etc within a certain timeframe.
Utilised direct & Indirect Marketing Channels across social media as well as traditional advertising and promotion within our own communities and network.
1st & 2nd Stage Interviews Held. Candidates technically screened by MA team to ensure required skillset/ experience. All finalised candidates reference checked.
Offers were made to finalised candidates who match the cultural alignment and aptitude benchmarking.
The required 20 hires were successfully made, with MA aiding the client throughout and following the hiring process; managing counter offers, notice negotiations and maintaining close contact with the contractors to ensure they are satisfied with the job fit.
