Challenge

• CardiacBooster is a Dutch med-tech start-up that wanted to use introduce a second location for R&D and eventually scale to manufacturing. ​
  
• They were introduced to Mason Alexander through the IDA, whom we have an ongoing relationship.
  

Solution

• The Mason Alexander Life Sciences team started working with the R&D VP.
• We made several key hires into their team to kick-start the project.
• All hires were made across manufacturing, process & R&D.

Outcome:

• We have been working with CardiacBooster for the past 2 years, supporting them through their next key phase; establishing a Quality Department. ​
• CardiacBooster have worked with other agencies in Galway, but we have out-performed them by placing at least 80% of their initial hires.
