CardiacBooster, a Netherlands-based medtech start-up developing an innovative cardiac assist device, sought to expand its operations internationally. As part of its strategic growth, the company selected Galway, Ireland, as the location for a new R&D hub, with a long-term goal of scaling into manufacturing.

With limited brand presence in Ireland and a competitive hiring landscape, CardiacBooster needed a recruitment partner who could:
