Challenge
- Veda wanted to remotely build an EU-based team and required a top-tier partner, aligned with their company culture and goals to do this.
Solution
Mason Alexander hosted weekly calls with the Veda to discuss progress, shortlisted candidates, and relayed candidate feedback.
- MA initially screened candidates and then supported a three stage interview process which consisted of two technical interviews to determine skillset and experience, and one HR interview to ensure culture match.
Outcome:
- Successfully deployed a software engineering team including a Principal Engineer and Engineering Manager who were culturally aligned with, and worked seamlessly alongside the customer team
- Delivery timelines were exceeded.
- The full team was delivered 3 weeks ahead of the planned schedule.
