Another cornerstone of our Mason Alexander communities is the Women Who Mean Business (WWMB) network. Initially set up as a network to connect aspiring female leaders with senior women in business, the network has evolved into a broader community that promotes diversity and inclusion, and diverse thinking in the workplace through pillar events each year.
Through panel events and networking evenings, WWMB has worked to bring like-minded professionals together to promote gender equality in the workplace, equal pay, and mentorship. Key note speakers have included executive representatives from Smurfit Kappa; Wells Fargo International; Vodafone, Mastercard, Indeed, Voxpro, Keelings, Scotiabnak, Facebook, Paddy Power Betfair, Kuehne + Nagel and more.
