We are recruiting for an Investment Analyst to join our client, a Real Estate Private Equity fund in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of projects and acting as a point of contact for clients.
- Structuring and arranging financing solutions.
- Financial modelling to support primary financings; M&A valuations as well as all relevant sensitivity analysis.
- Supporting business development activities, including building client relationships, identifying opportunities and pitching for work.
- Executing transactions from start to finish.
- Managing and negotiating with third parties.
Requirements:
- Ideally ACA or CFA qualified.
- Transaction / Investment experience is essential.
- Someone with a strong aptitude for numbers and a commercial flair.
- Driven person who can work in an entrepreneurial environment.
