Seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our client within the technology industry. Our client is SaaS platform that is disrupting this industry with their platform utilizing some of the latest and greatest technology tools. The team are looking for an experienced customer success manager to join the group. The role is a customer facing role focused on driving customer value. You will ensure customers experience the full value of the platform – addressing concerns, monitoring customer health and helping customers to better use the technology. Within this role, you will seek to naturally progress and expand the partnership through identifying areas of potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
This a permanent opportunity that is fully remote within Ireland. There is excellent benefits on offer with this role.

Responsibilities:
- Build value based relationships with customers.
- Develop and execute success plans to ensure customer growth
- Execute retention plans during the customer lifecycle, leveraging metrics analysis
- Create and present executive business review to customer stakeholders
- Work closely cross-functional to assure customers are meeting pre-defined success goals
- Be a customer advocate – collecting customer feedback and relying to relevant teams within the business including product and engineering
- Understand and speak to the customers long term goals
- Co-ordinate with internal support teams to solve any outstanding product or data related issues
Requirements:
- At least 3 plus years in a similar role – customer success
- Experience in a SaaS environment
- Strong experience in a client facing role
- Comfortable with technical products – advantageous if within cloud technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM software – such as Zendesk or salesforce
- Commercially minded – experience with successful upselling and cross-selling
- Team oriented – dedication to forward thinking
