to join its corporate group. The role will primarily focus on Equity Capital Markets and Public Company Advisory
, an area that the firm has developed significantly.

Equity Capital Markets
- Advising on a full range of ECM transactions including:
- IPOs (including AIM and other growth markets)
- Secondary fundraisings (placings, rights issues, open offers, accelerated bookbuilds)
- Reverse takeovers and admission transactions
- Dual listings and cross-border capital raisings
- Drafting and negotiating key transaction documentation, including:
- Prospectuses / admission documents
- Placing agreements and underwriting agreements
- Lock-in and orderly market agreements
- Advising on listing rules and regulatory requirements, including:
- Euronext Rules/AIM Rules / UK Listing Rules (as applicable)
- MAR compliance (inside information, disclosure obligations)
- Corporate governance frameworks (QCA / UK Corporate Governance Code)
- Euroclear requirements
- Working closely with nominated advisers, brokers and other transaction stakeholders
Corporate and Public Company Advisory
- Advising listed companies and boards on:
- Ongoing disclosure obligations and governance
- Share issuances, buy-backs and capital reorganisations
- Directors’ duties and shareholder issues
- Supporting public and private M&A transactions, including:
- Share purchase agreements and investment agreements
- Due diligence and transaction structuring
- Contributing to cross-border transactions, particularly involving UK and Irish structures
