Dylan is a Senior Principal within Mason Alexander’s Investments practice, specialising in appointments across Private Equity, Private Credit, Venture Capital, Real Assets and Corporate Finance. 

 

He partners with investment firms, financial institutions and portfolio companies across Ireland, the UK and the US, supporting them on strategically important hires across investment, finance and commercial functions. Dylan also leads senior and executive-level searches for businesses, including C-suite, Partner, Managing Director and functional leadership appointments.

 

A graduate of University College Cork, Dylan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance. Before joining Mason Alexander, he gained experience across advisory, operations and people management.
