Originally a Cork native, Caroline is now based in Co Clare. She is a graduate of UCC and before joining Mason Alexander, spent the last 6 years working in recruitment, with a particular focus on assisting long-term unemployed candidates to re-enter the workforce. She has experience across a variety of sectors and has a particular passion for helping candidates realise their career ambitions. In her new role with MA, she specialises in connecting Engineering talent with early-stage Medical Device companies.

Outside of work, she is a former member of the Irish Women’s Roller Derby team, with two World Cup campaigns under her belt. But these days prefers to spend her spare time in her garden and or on an occasional hike around beautiful Co Clare.
